4.11. Implementation of promotional activities with the consent of the User.

5 . WAYS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

If it is impossible to resolve these disputes through negotiations, they will be considered by the relevant courts of the United Kingdom in accordance with the current legislation of the United Kingdom.

9.4. The current legislation of the United Kingdom applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Administration of the Website.

10 . ADDITIONAL TERMS

10.1. Administration of the Website has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the consent of the User.
